Shipping
Shipping is usually by priority mail, however occasionally very heavy or very light packages will be sent by either parcel post or first-class mail to save money for you. Items are usually sent out within 2 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products sold by Ladybug Soapworks, we are unable to accept returns. If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 5 business days. Failure to do so voids any responsibility we may have had. Please contact us within 5 business days if we have made an error with your order so that we can fix the problem as soon as possible.

Payment Policy
Ladybug Soapworks accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card through both Paypal and Google Checkout. Payment is due upon checkout.

Sales Tax
All orders shipping within Connecticut will be charged a 6.35% sales and use tax as required by the state of Connecticut.
